The Cabbage Soup Diet: Lunch Day 3

People who say a “salad and fruit diet” is boring and monotonous, need to get their imagination checked!




There will always be ways to make a salad different and tasty! For lunch I added a mandarine to my salad to add a bit of sweetness to it while adding a bit of acidity to it. 

There are also other things you can do, for example: Squeeze some orange juice as a dressing, add some apples or some berries, and if you want, you can even add some nuts for the extra “crunch”. Possibilities are endless, you just need to think! 

Anyway: Two side dishes for my lunch: A persimmon and well, obviously, cabbage soup! I also had two additional mandarines but it wasn’t pictured (-:
