Modified Cabbage Soup Diet: Snack Day 4

If you have a day that all you can eat is bananas and skim milk, I’m pretty sure there is one thing you must always prepare. 

Banana Smoothie. 

Or is it milkshake? I’m really not sure. 

Anyway, for every frozen banana, add in 1/2 cup of skim milk. No added sugars. No added fake-stuffs. 100% healthy and 100% delicious!
